Inexpensive vehicle anchor points that work well & do what is required. Good value!
Very sturdy anchors, work well and easy to install in minutes. Heavy duty straps that keeps load secure.

and seems to have material inside for added strength - almost like a radial belt in a car tire- and the ...
Not only did this product solve my issue of needing tie-down points, but the quality and craftsmanship of material is top-notch - far exceeded my expectation for the price. What is there to get excited about for some rubber tube and braided cloth you may ask? Well - I recently had to transport a canoe across 3 states, over 200 miles. So when these showed up, and i noticed the tube (its more than a rubber, not sure of material) is rigid, and seems to have material inside for added strength - almost like a radial belt in a car tire- and the stitching on the loops seems extremely durable, I was - yes very excited. This allowed me to safely and securely travel about 240 miles mostly at highways speeds with no concerns or issues. One down side, needs to be mentioned - but in no way affects quality or performance. - not sure what the tubes are made from, or where they are made - but the smell is awful, and takes a while to go away - just be prepared when opening the package - have somewhere to store these not in a bedroom, other than that - just buy them already!

Feels way more secure
We bought 2 sets of these to assist with forward and rear mounting of our kayaks on our car that doesn't have a true roof rack. These are easy to install and I have even suggested them to other kayakers who use different products and aren't as happy with them. These aren't only fairly priced, they are also durable and have lasted the hot summer season last year in Phoenix without any signs of wear or use really. We are really happy with these and will buy more as needed :)

Kayak hold downs. these worked great, have a new 4 runner and a 12.6 Kayak and tying
These worked great, have a new 4 runner and a 12.6 Kayak and tying down on the front was a pita, with trying to go over front bumper. Put these under the hold as recommended and they made tying off the front of the Kayak very simple. They hold very well as well as we took the kayak on vacation which was a 4 hour drive on the highway traveling at 75 mph. I highly recommend these for any type of tying down on front of vehicle anything on roof rack.

Straps a couple inches longer would be perfect for the trunk
Fit securely and it's easy to figure out how to use them. My only complaint is you have to balance them on the lip of the trunk before closing it (rather than placing them inside and hanging the straps out), otherwise the strap will just fall into the trunk. Making the straps a couple inches longer (so the rubber tube sits on the bottom of the trunk) would fix this.

Good ideas deserve your patronage
If you are a small car rooftop kind of guy (e.g. my Jetta TDI), I'm sure you've run into situations where you would have liked to secure your load by tying to a bumper front and back. I ran into that with my new Kayaks. Then you found there are no connection points anywhere near your bumpers, they are made of vinyl, and even if there were connections the ropes would cause bad rubs on your hood and trunk lid paint. These loops work great, giving you a secure tie point anywhere you can catch them in a seam (hood, trunk, door, etc). The only drawback was that they should have a stainless or brass hook or loop at the end so you don't wear out the strap by rope rubs (after many trips). I added some stainless S hooks and squeezed the end around the strap so they would not fall off. This is a good idea. If you have a roof rack, buy these loops and keep them in your trunk. You will be happy to have them when the time comes. Sherpak Quick Loops (Pair)

The perfect tie down?
Perfect for tying down the bow of a canoe or kayak. If you can pop the hood, you can install these. No lines rubbing on the paint of the car like when the towing hooks are used as attachment points. They just fit into the joint between hood and fender. Brilliant!

Perfect Fit, Sturdy, Would Recommend to Friends/Family
These fit fabulously on a VW Jetta Sedan and helped strongly anchor a homemade wooden canoe to an aftermarket rack. I was a little lost as to how to tie down the front and back of my 16' boat to a "modern" car that had only plastic around the grill and trunk. I felt much better using this as anchors than previous solutions I had attempted. Here's another pro-tip: $1 pool noodles make excellent rack covers and save you buying expensive aftermarket rack attachments that cost upward of $100. Give me a set of these quick loops, some pool noodles, and a couple sets of ratchet straps and I'm more than comfortable, even at highway speeds.Materials and stitching both seem top notch. Will update this review if they do not hold up to repeated use, but I am so far impressed by this item.
