I had been, and still am, using another brand but they keep having inventory issues. As such, I looked for another that had appetite suppressant qualities. I'm not interested in energy, it's just a side effect of the caffeine. My point is, do look at the labels closely as some imply they are for "dieting" but are only suppling B vitamins and/or electrolytes. This has both overlapping ingredients to the other brand, and has some different ingredients. I find I respond to SlimQucik just a bit better and it's a tad less expensive but we are talking .03 - .05 cents per packet. I eat twice a day, 11 am and 5 pm. I use it starting anywhere from 9 am to 10 am until 10:30 am, to help me keep on my schedule. When things are really bad, I use both brands at the same time. I always use a large coffee cup, I'm guessing about 1.5 measured cups, and add ice. I sip it, not guzzle it, and if there's any leftover come 10:30, I put it in the frig to add to the next day, or sometimes in the afternoon if things are bad. So many things affect hunger and it's not pleasant to have to pay for this help but I'd rather that than lose control. I have lost weight, about 2 pounds a week. I eat a low carb, high protein, diet. I've been doing this for years, but often ate too much, this helps me not do that.

So it has been a game changer for me … haven’t lost pounds, but haven’t put on either . I love this drink, i used to drink a lot of soda and it has helped me in staying away from it. I mix it with water or flavor seltzer .. it’s really yummy and refreshing !!! Love it

I lost weight to fast! In 2 weeks I was down almost 15lbs! I had to keep stepping on scale making sure it was right! I don’t know what’s in this stuff! But I think it’s unhealthy to lose that fast. I didn’t follow the instructions that could be the case! I used 2 packs a day, Morning and evening! Hope this review helps someone! Good luck!

Easy to mix in water and dissolves easily, great taste

Be VERY CAUTIOUS of this product. I used 1 packet, mixed it with the amount of water as instructed, within a very short period my heart started racing and my hands started shaking.
