These are much more durable than the ones that are supposed to be non-stick. The non-stick ones (brownish) flake and I don't think they are very safe for cooking on. These are the kind of grates you would use on a grill outside. Easy to clean and they don't flake at all after use. Using oil or non-stick cooking spray is safer than the non-stick version of this product. Cost is nice too. Makes cooking fish, meats or other foods very easy.

I bought these to fit inside a standard foil pan for cooking bacon but I have found many other uses including dry curing steaks in the fridge before cooking. Clean up nice in the dishwasher

These cooling racks are incredible. I cooked some bacon in a frying pan and when I was done cooking I placed the strips of bacon on the cooling rack and the bacon cooled down until it was no longer hot. The cool bacon was then easy to remove without sticking to the rack at all. The rack couldn't have worked any better.

These cooling racks are made with a great quality stainless steel. They’re quite heavy and don’t rust. They’re easy to use and versatile; I’ve used them to cool baking as well as a roasting rack on a baking sheet in the oven. They work perfectly both ways and clean up easily after with soap and a sponge. I’ve used these under a roast in the oven on a 16 x 12 x 1 baking sheet, they fit perfectly like they were designed as a pair. They hold up in the heat at 350 without changing shape at all. Great for baking and worth the money.

They arrived with damage on the surface of one of the racks. I think the way they were packaged led to one of them being damaged. I am not using them for food, so I don't care. But if I was cooking with these I would be wary of how easy the coating is coming off. Not recommended for cooking 😕

I purchased these racks to cool bacon in the oven. They fit well on. Large baking tray and the bacon cooks well! Lay out bacon on the rack, place it in the oven at 375°F. After 15 minutes, raise the temperature to 410°F and countdown another 7 minutes then turn the oven off. Keep the oven closed and let the bacon continue to cook for another 5 minutes as the oven starts to cool down. Cleaning this rack is easy as most of the wires of the rack are in the same direction. There are only a few perpendicular wires to provide rigidity. This aspect for cleaning is what I like best about this rack. Certainly this rack is also versatile and can be used for cooling cookies and other baked goods. Would easily recommend. This is my review. And now I am craving some bacon again.
