Great for swimming in rocky lakes!
I LOVE these, money well spent and totally worth it. I swim in lakes or ocean beaches in Maine which tend to have sharp rocks that can shred normal swim shoes one day! These are not only tanks (strong) but comfortable and light. Highly recommended for swimming in rocky terrain.

Ordered one size down worked for me
I read the reviews on these boots saying (mostly) they run slightly large. I wear a size 10 M shoe but took a chance and ordered these in size nine. The fit was right on. I wore them over thick cotton anklet socks to minimize rubbing my feet and they performed better then expected on my canoe float trip in the rivers in South East Missouri. The closed construction worked well in preventing infiltration of sand from the river bed. The zippers operated smoothly and the wraparound Velcro straps worked well. The soles of the boots are thin but still comfortable wile walking on the rocks on the river bottom and river bank. They were still comfortable after four hours on the river.

Great but zipper can jam with sand
Great booties...I use them for boogie boarding at the beach, so I have to be very diligent and clean all the sand out of the zipper before I try to put them on again, other wise the zipper will jam.

Warm, easy on and off!
Fits well, super warm and the zipper is key… allows for easy on and off. I’m using for cold dipping… perfect!!

Great for exploring the rocky coastline!
I got these shoes because I wanted to walk around some areas of the coast in my country that are reallllyy rocky and the rocks are jagged and slippery. I've had them for a few months now and these shoes are a life saver and more! They're fairly comfortable and sturdy too! I was bit scared that the size might be off since I followed the advice to size down. I sized down to a 7 from usually a 9/8.5 (to be fair I'm a 7 in some men's shoes). They're a perfect fit! The grips are good and hold up pretty good on slippery rocks. On the jagged rocks you feel the rocks a little but they no longer hurt your feet. They're fairly lightweight so I can still swim and float in them and my feet not sink. The zip is also pretty sturdy it's holding up really good so far! The only con I can think of is they do keep your feet hot if you're walking on a track or a road, that's it. Definitely give them a try!

NO SLIPPAGE! GREAT QUALITY AT GREAT PRICE.
Really nice neoprene dive boots at a great price. Wife and I each got a pair for diving on the Great Barrier Reef to keep away the "stingers" (jellyfish). Super comfortable but what makes these a 5-star is the two straps which securely hold the boots on your feet. NO SLIPPAGE! I thought they'd work when they arrived ... and then actually using them on the water ... I'm sold.

Better than my 5mm Scubapro boots
I previously purchased the BPS flippers, that were so lightweight compared to my old scubapro flippers, to use for snorkeling. I was so impressed with the fit and quality of the brand, that I purchased these BPS 5mm boots, when they were first available. I was used to 5mm for warmth and am certainly pleased with these as well! The boots fit perfectly, since I followed the rule of scuba gear and bought one size smaller than my land shoes, for proper fit and better water resistant seal. I love that these BPS boots have adjustable straps for tighter fit around my feet. I was very impressed with how no water entered, while I was using them in free-style relaxed scuba refresher. Also, I absolutely love that they came with zippers! They're so much easier to get on, than my scubapro boots. I would suggest to use sock inserts, as I did with any water shoes, for extra warmth. Please ignore anyone who may say water comes in them; either they don't have properly fitting ones or they are at depth, where the pressure change would affect any brand, unless made as part of very expensive drysuits.

Buen material, pero están demasiado grandes para la medida que anuncia. Soy talla US 10, las botas parecen talla US 12.

I was honesetly expecting more for the price. I got these hoping for a premium pair of water shoes for my trip to Mexico, however, I found they were not the most comfortable. When coming out of water they don't drain immediately so it feel kind of heavy. I found they are also diffcult to swim in as the high ankle inhibits pointing your feet making it harder to kick effectively. The neoprene is also rather bouyant so it made diving really difficult. The most annoying thing though is how the velcro straps always come loose. I found the foot strap to be too long making it difficult to cinch down. The ankle strap also sticks randomly to the neoprene material of the boot and fraying it if not careful. The boot is also on the narrow side so if you have wide feet I could see it being uncomfortable. Finally, the boot was a pain to take off afterwards. They suctioned onto you feet and you have really yank them off (not for the inflexible). With all that being said they were great for walking in rocky waters. Saved my feet when walking on gravel as well. The soles are grippy, but can still be slippery when wet. Bottomline, these would be ok for water sports or walking around in shallow, rocky waters. If you plan on swimming a lot you may want to look for something thats more lightweight. In either case I think you can find something more affordable. Edit: added another star for exceptional customer service. They really take customer feedback to heart did what they could to compensate for my experience with their product.

Just received this the other day and it appears to be a good quality boot that I purchased to use paddleboarding. I found that dive socks didn't provide any protection for my sensitive foot soles, and when getting off my paddle to climb over shallow areas/rocks, my feet were killing me, so I wanted to get a soled dive boot to be able to enjoy the adventure more. I wanted a boot with a zipper but also a velcro band to keep the zipper up, and it was challenging to find something that looked to be of decent quality with those features, that was also a relatively reasonable price. This was the only boot I could find that met those criteria, and in trying them on, they feel both comfortable and they appear to be of good quality. For size, I'm normally a woman's 9.5, with wide feet, 25.5" in length, so I followed the sizing guide and purchased the size 8 and it was perfect for me. My only complaint is that the velcro strap over the top of the foot is a little long and sticks out the side/bottom if I tighten it as much as I'd like. So I'll have to adjust it when I get on to the water to see how to make it work. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase so far, and if they stand the test of time, I would say these are good value for the price.

Good price. Lower cut so easy to put on. 3mm so stretchy. Seem to be well made. Wider fit for wide feet. Nice bootie
