Perfect and will purchase again!
6/5/25It is truly rare to have the opportunity to share a full 5 star rating for an item. This product was described accurately and totally served the purpose needed. I can say it was one of the easiest items ever to put together, on top of being super sturdy. I was able to place two printers on the stand as well as leave the middle section for storing paper and other items. It rolls nicely without issue.I do plan to purchase a second stand to use in my other office for additional storage to match other mission style desks in use.

Great quality. EZ to assemble.
I love love love this rolling cart !!! It was sooooo easy to assemble. (4 casters and 4 screws.) The instructons were simple and easy to read. I purchased it for my printer but immediatly used it to put my extra computers and calculater on so ....... I ordered another one for my printer. Very sturdy and looks good anywhere. The two shelves under the top are good for storing accessories. This is a great product and I highly recommend it. I will buy again if I need another one or two.

Very nice stand.
The included Allen wrench is the wrong size, so you will need to provide your own.

Attractive small, mobile cart with design weaknesses
I'm making the effort to write a more thorough review of this item because with relatively small modifications this cart could be excellent. Having read dozens of critical reviews of this cart, I was very doubtful in ordering, but with considerable experience in making furniture I thought that I could "fix" all of the problems that other reviewers experienced, in part because I was not interested in folding this cart. The shipping package was adequate and there was no damage; all the wood parts and hardware were included; the wood is attractive and light color (but would benefit from an additional clear coat) with no damage to the wood pieces; there was no meaningful misalignment of holes and parts. The design weakness of jittering and shelves disconnecting when the cart was moved still exists, but perhaps not to the degree older reviewers described. After the recommended assembly, on testing stability by moving it around on a tile and hardwood floor, the shelves occasionally misaligned and even occasionally disconnected. Because I did not intend to fold the cart, I easily corrected these problems by attaching both shelves to the gables with 8 brass screws. (I had forgotten how weak brass hardware is and ended shearing 2 of the screws.) In order to decrease the spacing between the shelves and the gables (necessary to allow the shelves to fold), I needed to remove the "Z" shaped hardware that inserted into slots cut into the wood on the underside of the shelves. With these simple modifications, the cart became very stable, with trivial shaking due only to swiveling of the wheels. My cart is used as a small hifi "cabinet, securely holding a 35lb. AV receiver on the bottom shelf and a center channel speaker on the upper shelf. So, overall, I am surprisingly very satisfied and recommend this cart WITH my modifications, but I would not recommend it if it were assembled as designed and holding fragile items on the 2 shelves and the cart were moved around, especially on carpeting.

13 years of service!
Yes, Amazon reminds me that I bought my cart 13 years ago and it's still great! I use it for my computer hard drive and printer with an extra shelve for paper and office supplies. I don't use the wheels. It did come with a defect. The middle shelve didn't align correctly into the slot, but it still worked and all of these years later and several moves it still performs as needed. Highly recommend. Would give it 5 stars except for the alignment issue.

SMOOTHLY FINISHED HARDWOOD SOLID AS A ROCK
My wife has been using one of these carts for 2 years and loves it. I even built her an extension compartment on one end so she'd have more room for books and magazines. She wouldn't let me have hers so I ordered one of my own.I've built about everything there is to be built including houses, bookcases and furniture. Solid wood is the only way to go. This oak is solid and so is the construction. However, since the design allows for folding, there is some flexibility necessary in order for the cart to fold. This does not mean the cart is unstable. The removable top shelf is not adjustable.I always read the negative reviews first. Next, I check to see if they are "Amazon Verified Purchases" and how many reviews these folks have done and try to determine their degree of credibility. Try it. It's fun. There's much enlightenment to be had.The two carts I've received from Amazon were packaged extremely well. The manufacturer's box was packed inside a much larger box surrounded with ample packing material. It would take a tremendous amount of impact to break the cart in shipment.Such things do happen. If there had been any damage in my shipments, Amazon would have made it right with no questions asked. In addition, unlike the laminated particle board construction that's common these days, solid oak is easily repaired with quality wood glue like Titebond. Simply apply glue to both surfaces and clamp together overnight. Unless the top was in ten pieces, nobody I know would use this cart for firewood.I'd repair it if it was broken into ten pieces. The only suggestion I have that I do not see addressed in the reviews pertains to the small hex/allen wrench that's included with the cart. This cart is made of hardwood. Very hard. My strong hands found it nearly impossible to fully insert the 4 screws with the included 4 mm, 3-inch, L-shaped, hex/allen wrench. While you're waiting for delivery, locate a 4 mm, 8-inch long, ball-end hex/allen wrench.T-handles that you can insert your hex/allen wrench into for additional leverage also work great. Most handy men and DIY'ers have a collection. I use the Bondhus L-wrenches. Using the larger hex/allen wrench, I was able to tighten the screws an additional full 3-4 turns each. Once the screws are fully inserted, drive the wooden pegs in with a hammer up to the rim. If you don't, they will eventually pop out.I have to wonder how many of these carts are assembled with the screws not fully inserted.I've got about 40 pounds on my cart and am constantly moving it around the room on a Burber carpet floor.By the way, two of the four wheels have plastic locking tabs. They can be easily broken off if accidentally bumped. The first thing I did was to make sure the wheels were unlocked and then broke them off intentionally. It's a pain to try to unlock the wheels after the tabs are broken off.Hope this helps. And I would not have a problem using one of these carts in my workshop.
