The Best of Roberta Flack

I am slowly replacing my some of my favorite cassettes so I was very happy to find exact copy on a CD.

Killing Me Softly. The First Time Ever, Jesse... I haven't heard any of these favorite songs of mine sung any more beautifully by anyone than by Roberta Flack. This album is a keeper.

I ordered this cd earlier from another seller and did not receive it. Ordered it again from Prime warehouse and it is wonderful listening! Roberta Flack is a truly talented and gifted singer! Many of her hits are on this cd.

Great price for this hard to find oldie. The delivery was fast and came in perfect condition.

All you need

This is generally not my kind of music, but Roberta Flack's voice is incredibly compelling. The song 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' may be the most beautiful love song of all time. 'Killing Me Softly With His Song' is also truly exceptional. Even if you are a metalhead, buy this CD to play when you bring your new girlfriend back to your apartment for the first time. (Another tip - CLEAN your apartment before she comes over.)

The version I received was the 2006 Rhino release 'The Very Best Of...', not the one illusrated here....Not a problem unless you specifically wanted this......There is another 17-Track 'Best Of....Softly...' in the listings which differs also. But, fundamentally the same-ish.

Un cd excelente con una cantante extraordinario con una voz intimista y llena de matices

Amazing array of the musical talents of Roberta Flack. I am finding that I am singing along to the tunes all the time.
