Quality instant potatoes you can make into anything or eat plain.
My husband wouldn't eat instant mashed potatoes if it was the last food on the earth. I on the other hand would eat them as long as they have a good taste and consistency. I'm disabled and am just getting well enough where I can begin preparing some food items on my own again. I snatched this product up pretty fast. They are easy to prepare, have a great texture and consistency, has quality ingredients, and is the perfect size. I can add cheese and bacon bits if I want to change things up a bit, or a bit of butter, sour cream and chives...The possibilities go on and on. Or I can eat them as is as a side dish with steamed veggies. It's something I will continue to keep on hand.
