4 wire terminals but only 3 screws.
One missing screw. The screw for the WHITE WIRE WAS NOT WHERE IT SUPPOSED TO BE. Also it is too tight for the male plug MARINO CS6364N. Hard to push in and getting off, all cheap plastic material.
