It's sharp, stays sharp; it's durable, very ergonomic, and is just great overall. It is a bit of a pain to sharpen, but it's because it's hard to realize how sharp it actually is, so I recommend the finger tail test. The only negatives are the rope to help keep it attached to you and the sheath. The sheath started breaking shortly after I got it along with the rope at the bottom of the knife. However, I bought this figuring that the rope and sheath would not hold up, but expecting the knife to hold up, and it has. Overall, great knife...worth the price. I did notice that the front part of the blade is not as sharp as it should be, but I can take care of that. In your Email to me, you mention cleaning and oiling the blade. If the blade is made of #3 CR 14 Stainless, coated with Titanium, it should Never Rust. The metal in the handle might, depending on how it is used. A little shot of WD40 should take care of that issue. The pouch to carry the knife in will not last long. Make a better pouch and up your price to cover your cost. Cons: - Not as sharp as I hoped. My 7 in. Kabar is a lot sharper than this. - It's harder to sharpen. - If you're 5'7" and below it'll be a lot harder to conceal. - The Serrated Edge. Personally I think it looks aesthetically pleasing. But I prefer my knives without them. Overall, I was looking for the best pocket knife I could find. Personally, I think I found the best POCKET knife as it is sturdy and will never fail on you, it's consistent.
