I have been taking this product for five months now. First of all I want to say that I tried everything for years...I went through my teens with clear beautiful skin. In my early twenties I began getting a few zits, then a few more. I began researching what was going on. Early on I realized it was hormonal, not due to lack of cleanliness, but what hormone? I thought maybe I was food sensitive so throughout the years I restricted my diet more and more, no eggs, meat, caffeine, dairy, etc. The same thing that some many of you other woman have done. Well, my acne just kept getting worse. About 3 years ago a friend of mine recommended a few different supplements, and for the first time in ten years my skin cleared up. This clear skin lasted for about 10 months and then suddenly I began breaking out again. Now, it was worse than ever. I had acne all over my cheeks, jaw line, and neck. It was everywhere. One of my girlfriends, a doctor even thought that I maybe had a staph infection how bad my acne was. This break-out lasted for months, not improving even a little. Somehow, I stumbled upon a web site that touted this product. I read some of the reviews and I bought the product. I tried not to get my hopes up. Well, within the first few days my skin, my cheeks and jaw line specifically, where the break out was the worst, started itching, and itching bad. I knew something was going on, I thought that my skin was healing. By then end of the first bottle, my face was not breaking out like it was. Instead of waking up to one or two new zits a day, it was one zit every two or three days, and the itching had stopped. Part of me was afraid that since the itching had stopped that meant that I wasn't going to get any better. I bought another bottle, and another, and after 3 months my friends started to notice. After four months I bought a gym membership because I had hyper-pigmentation, but no acne. SOMETHING TO NOTE. I USE RAW HONEY ON MY FACE EVERY MORNING, LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, my hyper-pigmentation is almost gone now too!!! THIS PRODUCT WORKS. I don't know how long it will keep my acne away. I try to just appreciate every day that I have with clear skin. After 12 years of increasingly horrible skin, I now look as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside. I recommend this product to everyone.

Background info: I have struggled with acne since I was around 12-13. I would say I had moderate acne that I mistakenly treated with the bc pill around age 15 (which for the record, never rid me of acne even when it was combined with oral and topical antibiotics, benzyl peroxide, clindamycin, retin-a etc.) Before going the natural route with supplementation I had tried everything I could think of to fix my skin (different skincare systems, dietary changes, etc). I was on the pill until about my mid 20s when I discovered the ingredients in my pill were forms of synthetic hormones that made acne worse (a truly disappointing discovery since I had begged my doctor to not prescribe me something that would make my skin worse). I went off the pill immediately and my skin became the most horrific it had ever been in my entire life which was especially terrible since at 28, I looked far worse than I did in even my most awkward teen years. I had continual eruptions of cystic acne, which covered my cheeks and jawline. It was physically painful, but the emotional toll was nearly unbearable. It has taken me more than a year to balance my hormones and heal my body from acne and I absolutely could not have done it without Estroblock . I started with the regular strength (took this for about 2 months) and gradually built up my dosage until it made more sense to begin using the triple strength - I was using Liv D'tox with it as recommended. My skin began to clear considerably, and it was very exciting to see some real change! I figured out after about 4-5 months that while I was successfully ridding my body of excess estrogen from the pill, I also needed to balance my progesterone too. Estroblock was still working so wonderfully during this process (which took several months, around 5-6 maybe?). All this time I was taking 1 Estroblock triple strength in the morning as I didn't want to burden my liver with anything excess in the supplement department. After all of this I was still having some stubborn acne that was driving me bananas - I had come so far and felt like I was just shy of the finish line in fixing my skin. I actually phoned the company and asked for advice and their customer service was so wonderful. I was advised to up my dosage and that seemed to be the golden ticket! During this entire process I was very careful with my diet, avoiding dairy and sugar and basically anything refined or processed. Before I upped my dosage to what is recommended on the label, I would notice any indiscretion with my diet on my complexion within a matter of days (which truthfully was pretty annoying). Now that I have increased my dose, I have a bit more (not tons!) leeway in the diet department which has been great. I don't even want to imagine where I would be in my skin healing journey without this product. It is truly amazing and has undoubtedly helped me heal my body from the damaging effects of the pill and acne.
