Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition Gaming Mouse

This mouse is one of the best mouse I've ever own! I was hesitating at first whether to buy this mouse or not for I thought all mice are the same... Then Black Friday came and this mouse was on sale for $25 and I decided to pick it up. This came within 2 days without the Amazon Prime, and I have to say this is the BEST STEAL OF BLACK FRIDAY! The click is super satisfying, yet very light, so that you can click the mouse super fast. For the gamers, this mouse is super responsive, where every click register. You can switch the DPI setting to match certain situations, whether it's for the slow and pin-point accuracy sniping in CS:GO, or the rapid mouse movement in MOBAs, and you can do that in game all in one button. I can say now that the reviews saying that this mouse hurts their hands are not true. I game frequently and this has never hurt my hand once and I have very big hands (9.5 inches from tip of thumb to tip of pinky). To top it all off, LIGHTS. I know we all want some lights in our gaming gears, and this product came with 3 settings, the breathing effect, the color cycle, or just one solid color. The only con that this great mouse seem to have is that the cord that comes with it is a bit too long for laptops, so you have to plug the cord in from the opposite side of the hand you're using the mouse on. This was on sale for only 5 hours at that price so if you did picked one up during the sale, you're the lucky ones! I bought this mouse as an upgrade from a Gamidas Demeter mouse. I was looking for something in the G303's price range, and my research had brought me to this mouse. I use it for games such as Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Warframe, and other games that aren't affected by the quality of a mouse.The mouse its self is a nice size. I don't have the largest hands, so it fits nicely. It's shape leads me to believe that it could be comfortable for the larger handed folk out there, but it is on the smaller side. The mouse wheel has a nice texture, making it hard to slip a finger tip over it. The wheel also has a nice amount of tension, preventing accidental scrolling. All of the buttons have great tension, and respond excellently. The tension on buttons 1 and 2 (left and right click) have enough tension to be comfortable, but not tiring. The two side buttons are easy to reach and seemingly impossible to accidentally press, and have a comfortable resistance. The cable is braided, and has nice length. I've had no problems with tangles or knots.On to the insides! To use the functions of the mouse you download a tool called 'L-Core' from Logitech's website. (www.logitech.com/support/g303) Here you can customize lights and dpi profiles. You can even turn off the mouse's on-board memory and use whatever program's mouse settings. From the L-Core program you can save 3 separate profiles of settings. You can choose 5 DPI presets that can be switched though with the mouse's DPI button. DPI ranges from 200-12000, and you can choose polling rates 125-1000rps. You can have custom colors for each profile as well, featuring 3 lighting effects, and the choice to apply those affects to the logo light, side lights, or both. You can customize the brightness, rate of effect, and set a sleep timer for the light. There is even 'surface tuning' on the application. Everything on 'L-core' works great with the G303, and it is very easy to use.All in all, this mouse is possibly the best bang for your buck, and I would definitely recommend it to friends!
