This is a very effective sage cutter for foam board ! once I realized how it fit so comfortably in your hand and how you could adjust the depth of the blade I actually bought another one to score my sour dough loves !

Good for cutting matt boards for picture framing.

I have craft projects that require cutting foam board. I tried several cutting tools and knives all were a dismal failure and resulted in uneven, rough cuts and torn paper, not too mention at 75...painful wrists and hands. I figured there had to be a better way, so I googled: I found this brand "Foamwerks" read a lot of the reviews, watched some videos and decided this is the unit for me. I bought this ruler and the straigh cutter. What a difference. Easy learning tool. No strain on my wrist and hand. I get a smooth, clean straight cut every time. Highly recommend.

Logan's tools are decent, but I feel they could do better. Knowing it's not a huge market, you are pretty much stuck with this. It gets the job done. The tool can cut straight or 45deg. It's a hassle to change the blades and feel the design could be a little more user friendly and a little more precise. Other than those few upgrades, it's a great little tool.

This tool does a great job at cutting EVA foam with nice, even straight edges. The bevels join together with ease. I use EVA foam to custom fit my camera gear in waterproof cases. I recommend ordering extra blades if you order one of these terrific cutters.

This is perfect for making straight cuts in foam board at 90 degree and 45 degree angles. I have done lots of things with foamboard using utility knives and hobby knives, but getting straight cuts is much easier with this, since it can ride along a straightedge and cut at a consistent depth. The adjustable depth is great for when you do not want to cut all the way through, and with careful layout it is not hard to cut out v shaped notches in the foamboard so that you can have surfaces connected at 90 degrees without having to line up the edges afterwards.

this thing is amazing, I wish I'd had it years ago. I've been using classic x-acto knives my whole life, literally passed down to me from my graphic designer mom who was doing actual paste-up in the 80s before photoshop even existed. But I wish I had this thing all along. Your mileage may vary, but for me I got this thing thinking it would be an "as-seen-on-TV" thing where it didn't work they way I hoped. It's sturdy and powerful, easy to adjust and replace the blade, super good for me to grip to do delicate works as I have large hands. The angled side brace thing makes cutting feel extremely stable and clean, and you can flip it to do an angled cut. 10/10 or more, every time I use this thing I look at it and say out loud "you are a good device, hot damn"

Pour ceux qui débute . pour Moi personnellement cette article est indispensable avec le ''rail'' de meme marque , la règle pesante et antidérapante permet de s'y appuyer ,mais elle ne permet pas d etre attaché à celle-ci tel un wagon de train , avec la pratique les coupes deviennent belles et rapides à faire . ne pas oublier de se garder un panneau de foam en-dessous . Moi je l'ai utilisé avec Foam 5 mm
