Any wire with C13/C14 ends (kettle connectors), are only limited to 10 amps, I would expect any fire to be rated for 13 amps or more. If you put more amps through than it is designed for it will heat up and catch fire.

Q: Could i for e.g connect to a power conditioner using the iec end &then in the 3 pin socket section connect my 4 plug surge gang lead?would that be ok?
