Does what it says
I used this on porcelain 24x24 1 " tiles and it did a beautiful job. I first used vinegar to clean off the haze after grouting. I let it dry and then reapplied more vinegar as needed and scrubbed until the haze was gone. Then I used the sealant. It did not take long to dry. I sprayed water on it after it was dry and it beaded up nicely. I did not have to reapply the sealant. I would recommend this product, over Thompson's sealant.

Didn’t work at all
Didn’t work one bit ! I let it set for /5 minutes but it just dried and left more residue on my shower tile. No instructions on how to use.

Not for hard water
This product does not remove hard water stains. It is good for other cleaning, but not heavy duty.

Worked really well. Cleaned 16 yo large tiles and made it look like new!

Great on Grout
My kitchen floor tile is about 20 years old now. The grout is terrible. We used this and I must say, it did a great job. Easier than me down there with soup and a toothbrush, lol. I used a brush on my electric drill after letting the product sit a while. It worked very well.

Not worthy of the prize and didn’t remove stains as shown
I got it specifically for stains on our tiles outside that I have not managed to get clean and this had great promises but did not deliver. No results
