i tried so many things and so many different pills. it was the first time i tried this, i started take 2 a day like a week before my period.i have never seen my period like that since years, the flow was much better, less stagnating, better color, and normally pains would last for 3 days i cant move and need to kill myself with Advil but this time after the mid second day i was fine!!!!!!! i am going to continue. i am almost sure that aunt flo is responsible for this. i am suffering so much each month, my pains are so hard that if i wont take meds i would be yelling and crying on the floor from pain. for 3 days!!! but this time i was bad only the first day! its a magic to me!

Helpful with cramps

My daughter had to take 6 of these at a time to even recieve results. The taste was so "herby" tasting, it made her feel naseous. We've tried every herbal and natural remedy under the sun and this was our last ditch effort for her. Sadly, no help.

These do help with severe cramping on their own. It lessens the severity of pain. I take a few days ahead with ibuprofen. It helps a lot with the bloating. Diuretic. I was able to eliminate almost all pain adding a disgusting tea concoction of 1tsp fennel and 1/4tsp ginger in 8oz twice per day. Also recently eliminated all dairy and meat, most processed foods and experienced a couple hours of pain opposed to 3 days in bed and vomiting.
