## Description

SE is proud to present our 9-1/2" Brass Coin Probe. Use coin probes to pinpoint your findings once the metal detector alerts you of treasure. When and How to Use Your 9-1/2" Brass Coin Probe: (1) Use a metal detector to find the target spot. (2) Then use a small digging tool to dig a small plug and remove it. (4) Use your brass coin probe to slowly probe the small hole you created and/or the plug you have removed. Review: SuperProbe! - Great probe! Works exactly as it should. I have only scratched one coin of the dozens I have found so far with the probe and that's because I was really digging at it trying to learn the difference in the feel between coins (smooth) and rocks (rough). As for comments that it bends... Um... Yeah, of course it does! You're using it wrong. The brass probe is soft, it's supposed to be soft so it won't scratch the coin. That's why you also carry a steel screwdriver to pry the coin out of the ground once you locate it with the soft brass probe. Full disclosure: I was hesitant to use it at first, thinking that poking at and finding a coin in the ground was some sort of voodoo. Didn't really believe I'd be able to do it. The probe sat in my bag for a week before I finally pulled it out to see if I could poke and feel a coin under the dirt. 20 minutes later I took the little shovel out of my bag because I didn't need it anymore. Watch a couple of YouTubes on how to pop coins with a probe and screwdriver, try it out, don't be so hard on yourself at first and you'll be surprised at how quickly you will pick it up! It's SO much faster than digging!!
Review: works well! - Solid and practical. Scarred too many artifacts but no more.

- NON-MARRING - When you're prospecting for gold or other valuables, you need a tool that won't damage any potential finds. Brass won't ruin the artifact, coin, or metal you are searching for as you use it to probe deep into the earth

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is this thing exactly?? I was looking at buying a propointer for over $100. Is this a metal detector??**
A: It is a probe to poke in the ground. You will feel and hear when you hit something. Kind of like a screwdriver, but the brass pointer reduces damage to anything metal or fragile. It is not a battery powered propointer. No batteries needed.

**Q: What dose it do?**
A: You use it to probe into the ground. It is brass so it doesn't scratch valuable treasure items like coins.

**Q: Whar Battery size does this use**
A: There is no need for any batteries. This is used and designed for poking in the areas that you dig. The material will not scratc

**Q: Exactamente para que sirve y como funciona?**
A: Estoy práctico cuando se encuentran señales de detección, para la ubicación de los objetos que emiten las señales sin causar interferencias ni dañar los mismod

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great probe
*by F***R on August 14, 2019*

I haven’t officially used the tool yet but I can only imagine that it would be great in finding coins from what I’ve seen on YouTube. I have tested it however on a quarter and can see that like they say — brass is softer than silver. If you want any constructive criticism it would be in the packaging: The rubber washers don’t really hold it in place that well. It would be nice to have a sheath to protect the point. Now I have to find something to protect the point when I transport it to the digging site.
