Anthony's Organic Buckwheat Groats (5 Pound)

I had never seen buckwheat before so I was looking forward to opening the package. I bought it to make s 1 ingredient fermented Buckwheat Bread from an online recipe. Just add water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and let sit. The loaf crust was cracked and hard as a brick but the inside was dense yet tender. It had a very different taste and might take a few bites to get used to it.I feed the soaked buckwheat groats to my hens and duck and they love it. I mix it into their feed for an occasional treat.

This is my first time buying these raw groats and I bought them to sprout and dehydrate for use as a cereal. They sprouted within 24 hours. I’ll buy again.

Truly life changing stuff for my diet. I highly recommend you get some. If you are considering it, get the 5 pound bag. You are gonna want to eat this stuff often. So far I have eaten it two ways: With onions, butter, a bit of tahini, hot sauce and salt/pepper....(Delicious) And I replaced my oatmeal with the dry version of these groats. I usually eat Greek yogurt with dry oatmeal mixed together. I highly recommend trying some dry and uncooked with your yogurt. Powerhouse meal 💪

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had the chocolate and wanted to try Madagascar Vanilla it is delicious! So happy. Mixes great into my yogurt!

Very good, but not instant. This buckwheat is very good but it must be cooked, it's not instant. But, I would buy again, they're very good.

The order was as described. My issue is not with this store or its products . I can’t seem to get Amazon delivery people to put things in my porch even when it’s raining. Boo got Amazon delivery

Excellent product. Frosts can be run in blender to make a coarse flour for pancakes, etc. Do not blend too fine or they lose their ‘ crunchy’ character.
