Thought it would hold all of my extra uniform (helmets, high vis etc) - which it does. But its not the brilliant quality 5.11 are famous for. Theres no sectional storage, just a single pocket on the outside which holds very little apart from a JRCALC pocket book and a few pens. The straps are nice, but overall I really regret buying this. If your looking for a bag to hold your ambulance gear, get a cheaper gym bag or a bag by wenger.
