Toolbox Socket Organizer, Model Number 67255

Fit very well in my Harbor Freight tool box. There was a little extra room on the side that I'm using for a few extra ratchets, socket drivers, etc. Sockets stay in place when the drawer is opened and closed, but are easily removed from the organizer when needed.

it was wonderful. it works great but i think more designed for custom set up, its huge and i had to cut if down to fit in my 24"x 16" box then labeled the socket sizes so i know what gos where also not great for deepwell sockets but i just layed them on the side...its not perfect but i love it here so photos so show you my set up

IT WORKS: I have a 43inch wide U.S. General toolbox from Harbor Freight and this needs just about 1/8inch trimmed relatively easily with a hacksaw from the frot and read to fit. Not a dealbreaker, it'd probably fit great in a pricier toolbox due to the folds of the metal in the drawer insides in the Harbor Freight cheaper design. It hold the sockets well and for me it doesn't let them fall over when wheeled around. I deviated from the nice socket placement on their sheet because I have more of some and less of others. The nice thing is that it has some spots where one can be creative and indeed deviate from their suggested placements. One thing I was forced to do by the design and wasn't satisfied with, was to put a lot of the 1/4drive right up in very front of the drawer crammed against the door face inside. They wee basically (hidden) behind the front of the drawer. What I mean is that they could have pushed the for most row back just a half inch. So your eyes "see them existing in the drawer". I wish it has some spots for longer ectensions and I wish they make one for a side drawer. Maybe one that holds an extra couple rows of sockets and some extensions, something extra. They have a good thing going and could go further with this line of product.

Amazing tool organizer. I bought a 300pc kobalt tool set and found some tools that didnt come with the set. I ordered what was not present just to fill up the organizer. It fit nearly the entire tool kit. Some left over but i placed them in a small box and labled them. I love the organization!!! Finally a tool box i can be proud of.

The product picture is wrong, it's not black its acid green. Aside from the misleading color, the whole thing is thought out wrong, some holes are too small or too big, the ratchets dont fit right inside a standard tool box drawer. It's not good for deep reach sockets since the top heavy makes them move all over the place seems like if you open the drawer quick enough the whole thing will come off, other then that there is plenty of inserts for sockets more than anyone should need. It is thick enough to withhold use withing a drawer. I gave it a 1 star for value for money because some stuff doesnt work.

This is exactly what it looks like, and would probably work for many people, but I am a former professional mechanic and I was looking for organization to my tool collection. this does organize some of the socket sets I have, but I had to empty an entire drawer to do it, and now I have more tools I have to find other room for. Having gangs and gangs of tools, sockets, wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, specialty tools, etc., I guess I really just need to invest in a professional sized tool box, or buy several more roll around/top box combos to suit my needs.

More than enough room for my sockets, and even if I accidentally slam my drawers, the deep sockets still stay upright!The only down-side is that there aren't any size markings, but a little work with a labeler can fix all of that.Also: the holder for the 3/8 drive ratchet-handle was tee-shirt for my ratchet: (crecsent brand), but not a deal-breaker.

I already have 2 of these for different tool kits and they not only organize your sockets perfectly, they are laid out so it is easy to find what you are looking for. This one was to be a gift for a friend... to my surprise, it was in iridescent green! Nowhere does it offer a color choice and the picture offered shows black, same as the others I have. These are hard to find (used to be sold at Harbor Freight) and not enough time to reorder if black existed... additionally, the packing job was a joke. The box was banged up, split open, and without even a packing peanut to secure the organizer. Thankfully it was in good shape (except for the color). My friend kids me about the color all the time now.
