Absolutely excellent device. Filter replacements a tad pricey but, you'll be happy
This device was superb straight put of the box. Initially I thought, it was hype. But the asthmatics in my house stopped the midnight whistling and I didn't have as many headaches. The best bit is I can run it (and my floor vac)1hour before coming home via the app and it's a lovely fresh feeling.I cannot commend it more except to wish wish wish the filters qere cheaper. I've had it for a pollen filled Fall and super chilly Winter, almost no colds, far fewer coughs and NO visits to Aand E. Great device

Amazon UK, but has EU plug?
I bought this product a bit over 2 weeks ago and it's just arrived. But despite ordering it on the amazon.co.uk website it has a EU plug not a UK plug, which is ridiculous it's obvious if I'm buying from the UK I want a plug that works in the UK. Now I have to buy an adapter as well.

Beware. Purifier is now discontinued. You’ll have problems
This purifier is a great filter. A little on the large side but it really does the job. That’s about it though. As with all Philips products the apps let them down. Even the fantastic Hue lights which are the brand leader have a weird interface and they’re unreliable and most of those issues stem from the app. This machine needs to be used with the app to control schedules etc and it randomly removes itself from the app now and then so you can be at work, get a bad air notification and you won’t be able to turn it on. When you get home the app has forgotten the machine completely which mean you need to set it up again which isn’t much fun. You have to sign up for an account which can override any other Philips accounts and it gets worse from there. Then you have the filters. If you can navigate the shocking Philips site it’s a lucky dip as to whether you receive it. On 2 occasions I’ve had an order confirmation, a shipping one, followed by a “we received your return” email. Truly baffling and all you get from the awful Philips customer support (there isn’t any, they drag and drop generic responses) it turns out “your order was cancelled due to an error, we suggest you order again”. Don’t waste your time as the same thing will happen. The last Philips product I’m buying if they drop support for it within a few months of it being discontinued.
