Review: so cute - perfect. super cute and such a nice little dish to have by the stove when cooking. update.. still cute but like another review stated .. it does hold moisture bc the lid is not tight. I switched it around to where the peppers on top of the salt and the lid is on the pepper. I put a small paper towel in between the salt and pepper bowls so it catches the condensation. it is too cute to return

**Q: Is the width of the bottom 3.5 or 4 inches?  Thank you!**
A: This set consists of one salt cellar, one pepper cellar and 1 lid.  The individual salt and pepper cellars are 4" in diameter x 2" high, and the lid is 3.5" in diameter.

**Q: How do the sit on top of each other? Does the bottom piece have a lid?**
A: The bottom piece does not have a lid. They sit on top of each other and the top container holds the lid.

**Q: how much salt and pepper does is hold... a 1/2 cup or more??**
A: It holds a cup

**Q: Is this item pure white or more of an antique white?**
