Amazing quality for the low price. Happy to see it was exactly like my therapy center has. Love using it in the pool for exercises. Lightweight, but in the water, they become like weights to provide resistance and weight.

These were unbelievable in the water. If you do water exercise of any kind you need these. If you swim or play water polo you need these. It’s like dry land workouts with double the benefit and what feels like half the effort. I will say they are chunky and hard to transport. They don’t really fit in a gym bag and because they are round they roll and are hard to handle when taking to the deck. Other the effort or even the extra trip to the car if needed though.

I have used the bundle constistently 2-3 times a week since May 2023. Nearly 3 years later the equipment works as good as it did when I started. Some fading, but thats to be expected with sun exposure and pool water with saline and chlorine. Chips & cracks in the bells are from my own abuse. They have been dropped, kicked and dragged by my dog. Some blue electrical tape patched the crack and two years later I havent changed it, they work as good as new. The neoprene and velcro are still strong and probably wont need replacement for at least another year. I tore a hamstring down to the bone and recovery is hard when you're a 56 year old athlete that forgets he's aging. This bundle has been absolutely essential to my recovery.

Good exercise for the pool, no doubt. Touch over priced for what you get, I’d say $50 lower is appropriate but I’m no expert. My big problem is with the ‘barbell bar’ it is a simple plastic bar holding the foils that weight almost nothing but it has bent out of shape in weeks. It’s not even the 4ft bar, just 3ft. I’d be interes To swap my 3ft bent bar for an upgraded 4ft bar in recompense.

I'm loving using the barbell in the pool, there are so many exercises you can use it for. You can create the resistance you need by increasing the force used. Fantastic.
