NSCA-CPT Exam SECRETS Study GuideAll features are helpful impressed by a long shot how must it book is increasing my knowledge about cpt.

I scored 76% on the test (70% is passing) so I guess it got the job done. However, I do have a few criticisms:1. The book has very few pictures and some concepts aren't explained well. As a result, I often had to look things up on Google/Wikipedia/YouTube to fill in the gaps.2. The single practice test is only 50 questions, while the real thing is 140.3. Keep in mind that there's nothing in here preparing you for the 35 video questions you'll be facing at the real test.

Great study tools

I liked some of the content a lot. But some of the exercise technique section is a little much, and I feel that it did not help prepareme for that section of the exam. The biomechanical assessment section does not make sense.I especially liked the muscle groups section. Other than that, I thought that the summary of thedifferent sections was very nice. I thought it would have been great to have another practice test to aid in preparation.I studied from this book and I still did not pass, although I was close, 5 points away. I hope to use it again to help prepare, but Iam afraid studying simply this is still not enough to help me pass. Definitely a good review of the book tho! Still, it passes over some important content included on the exam.

So far I find the study hints to be great. I have yet to take my test but the fact that they get right to the point is great.

I am enjoying the book.
