They do what they are supposed to with protecting my car door against wall. But they are never coming off I know that

Once installed, even though the item is thin, it will protect your car door edge just fine. I like this better than the thicker ones because they stick out too far. One caution: although they indicate these are removable, that is not true if you are attaching them to drywall. I initially, ordered the thicker version and had attached it crooked. When I tried to remove it to straighten it, it took the paint and the paper surface of the drywall off with it. You basically get a one and done so be careful and you will be fine.

I love this garage wall protector! I have been searching for this kind of wall protector for years.My garage wall wasn’t well designed. Every time I opened my car door, the opening position of the car door just perfectly lands on the convex column on the wall.*Sad face* Then I have to be very careful with the car door, otherwise the car door and the white wall will hit and leave scratches on each other. And I have to be carefully holding the car door and get into the car through a narrow space, which is very embarrassing.After purchasing this garage wall protector, I don’t have any difficulty or worry on getting into my car anymore. It is easy to cut and sticks to the painted garage drywall fine and easy to stick the protector on the wall by tearing off the paper on the back. It actually looks very pretty on the wall. It seems there is enough cushion to prevent hits from door.I did a waterproof test on the protector, and the water all stays on the surface. It is really a waterproof garage wall protector.I have checked the EVA material at Wikipedia, which says:” The EVA material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties, and resistance to UV radiation.” It seems to be made of some really nice material.I have to say, the Germany design is the real deal. I am so impressed.

This was just what I needed to cover up existing damage and prevent future damage. I really like the texture on the foam and appreciate how large the sections are. My teenage son has still managed to make some dent marks in the foam, but it is barely noticeable. He certainly claims he can’t see them. Great product and highly recommend! I don’t care that it will likely damage all the dry wall if I ever decide to remove it because it is covering an area that was already damaged.

If you live in Texas, you know that heat and adhesives are not a great mix. Had no problem applying this to the drywall in my garage to protect it/the car from scratches. The surface texture of the pad gives it a nice look and the 1/4 thickness is the only size I'd buy since it seems as if it would be the minimum needed to protect well. I only needed to use one of the two pads so far since the doors of the two cars that might go there line up quite well on one pad, but nice to have the other in case I need to cover another area or something else. I had my spouse help me install with the help of a level and it went on very easy. Just peeled a bit of the backing and started at one end. I kept it level while applying and my spouse peeled the backing as we went. Just took a few minutes and zero issues with it sticking even on the edges. I did lay out the roll on the floor for a week so it was very flat which may have helped us. Will update my review if anything changes over time.

I had a problem with a car door accidentally being opened so wide, it tapped into part of the concrete wall of the garage. So, I decided I had to look into some type of bumper for the walls. I first searched at the soft plastic rubber bumpers, which looked to be fine for the concrete wall, but I also wanted to go around part of a door frame...I then saw the foam wall bumpers, and this product had better reviews than the others, was offered in a deeper thickness, and also the adhesive had a fabric weave to it, to help it keep together, in one piece.It is now a bit more than 6 months later, and what I applied to the walls is still holding up. So far, so good.The concrete wall, all I did was get a damp towel, to towel off the dust, and whatever else was on the concrete wall. I let it dry overnight, then the next day I took the measurements to be sure I placed this Ampulla wall guard on the wall level, and that was it. It's still in place.I did the same for another area, around a door frame. Cleaned up the area with a damp cloth, and let it dry. After that, I applied this product to the portion of the door frame where the automobile door could come into contact. This product conformed to the edges of the door frame, and so far, also about 6 months later, it's stayed put. I enclosed a photo of how I applied this product to a portion of a door frame.So far, so good.

Seems super strong with a sticky mesh underneath adheres to my aluminum car port poles nicely. After 2 days the edges are peeling away and I needed to use 3M black weatherstripping adhesive and cable ties to reattach. I’m in Florida but the weather was in the 60’s. I applied it to 4 car port posts and 2 are already detaching. I expected much better.I prepared surface with alcohol and vigorous cleaning

Love this product. Put it on the concrete sides walls of garage to ensure no denting of car when opening doors or damaging of garage. Can peel off and reposition - Smashing idea and very, very practical.

Needed some padding for the garage so when my kids swing open the car doors, it wouldn’t destroy the paintwork on my car.This is the exact product I needed. The thickness is better than what I have available in the local hardware store. With this thickness, my door wouldn’t be damaged on the wall. Also the stickiness of the actual protectors once you peel off is great. So great that you have to be careful to not make a mistake when you put it on the wall as you may not be able to adjust once it’s on the wall.

Protezione comprata con un po' di scetticismo per le pareti del mio posto auto non lisce e per una colonna già 'smussata' da altri che non sembrava consentire una idonea stesura della protezione .. Che dire, aderisce perfettamente e lo spessore mi sembra giusto. È proprio un prodotto tedesco. Il costo è corretto perché sono due belle strisce che consentono, se tagliate, di coprire tutti i punti a rischio. La consiglio sicuramente.

En plus au vu de la souplesse, on peut faire des angles et épouser les formes du support. Bien appliquer à hauteur du rétroviseur ou des passages de roues (les éléments les plus larges de la voiture pouvant toucher le mur !!). Très content, j'en ai même recommandé un 2nd pack pour un autre coin du garage !
