Absolutely Exceeded My Expectations
After toying with this gadget for a while, I feel like I have an adequate idea as to what makes it both good and bad. I'll break it down, but I would like to begin by saying that this is a wonderful product. It was difficult for me to find too many flaws given the price - and based on my research and knowledge of the tablet, nothing was missing or lacking.Pros:* This bulletpoint deserves an island of its own - Emgreat is a phenomenal company, and their representatives are kind and professional. I emailed them a couple days after ordering, to make sure that an important cable was included in the package (AVI-to-AVI, which isn't listed in the item description but is definitely included in the box). They responded promptly, and answered my question as well as providing additional installation tips and support. Their return policy and warranty are also fantastic.* I live in Los Angeles, and ordered this product on the 17th. It arrived from Hong Kong to my home by the 21st, with an estimated shipping date of almost three weeks. This blew me away. I didn't pay a penny for shipping!* The product, in package, is sturdy and durable. The screen is crisp, clear, and looks to be worth MUCH more than over four-hundred bucks. All the included components (including two rechargable pens and two USB cords, because sure, why not get an extra USB cable) are also included and useful. The cleaning kit, too, is great, and can be used on my laptop and tablet as well.* The resolution is perfect, with no black spots as reviewers have noted on other listings of the same product.* After staring at the screen for four hours, I experienced surprisingly little eyestrain. It's easy to change the angle of the tablet to match my position, and although I know that I'm not drawing on paper, when I get into my zone, I hardly feel that fact. I get lost in my doodles easily.* On that note, this product is simply convenient - works with the software that I need it to work with (Adobe Flash/Photoshop), no lag from laptop to tablet, perfect calibration between pen and screen, and so on. It works as intended, with no hiccups or malfunctions to note.Cons:* While it's very easy to use a retractable plastic pulley to change the angle of the display, this pulley does feel a bit weak. I was almost scared to play with it at first, not wanting to break my tablet. So far, however, I haven't had any issues.* It really does suck that the tablet has no fastkeys like some comparable Wacom's. Using the pen to have to create new keystrokes manually in Flasg is a small pain. However, I knew before purchase that the tablet lacked this feature, as do most non-Wacom's, so I'm not disappointed or anything.* With that being said - what bummed me out a bit more was, no easy erase function! Boo! The pen sports right-click and regular-click buttons, though, which helps.* All of the ports (USB/AVI/power) are positioned oddly, pointing towards your desk/etc. I can see why Emgreat included two USB cables - the cords are at an uncomfortable position at all times, pushing onto the floor of whatever the tablet is sitting on. I am sure that the cables will be fine (the USB cord is very thick, much thicker than regular USB cables for phones and such), but as an iPhone user who is tired of replacing those crappy power cords, this worries me.All in all, this is a wonderful piece of equipment if you don't feel like shelling $1,800 for the comparatively-sized Wacom model. Really, the fact that I only had to sit around for four days before finding this at my doorstep was almost enough for me to give this product five stars, but the ease of use and reliability of this tablet speaks for itself. Not to mention, probably the best customer service I've ever received from a company.

Definitely an awesome product
I got the monitor like a week ago. Totally loved it. Even though at the beginning I had some issue with the colour display and to make the extended mode work but EmGreat representatives and technicians are patience with me and help me til the end to solve the problem. Now the monitor works exactly the way I want and expect it to be. As a person who use Wacome Cintiq 22 HD before I can say the Ugee 1910B has like 90% of the quality for drawing screen compared to the Cintiq. But hey, the Cintiq is HD and costs like $2000 compare to this one so if you are a beginner and you want to make great work, you should consider getting one of this as a brand new Wacom Intuos Pro is like $300-350 already. So why dont you put a little bit more and get this awesome drawing screen !!!!!!!!!!!!!Now I feel like I would spend my whole upcoming summer working and polishing my skills using this. For the performance of the product, the friendly support of the seller and the money I give this 5 stars.P.s: You can check out some of my works using this screen

Comparable to Wacom!
This tablet has just as much sensitivity as my Wacom Intuos! Completely perfect and for a fraction of the price. I adore mine. If you have problems like I did getting Sai to match up to the pen's cursor. Open sai's folder go to the file misc.ini open it in notepad (or whatever) findTabletMouseSimulation and after change the line toTabletMouseSimulation = 0Works like a dream after that!

as recommended, long before I tried to install the drivers ...
It took minimal time and effort to unpack and setup yesterday. Absolutely thrilled with how little time it took get it to where I could start working with it, about 20 minutes to get the drivers loaded and calibrated. One note, I had removed any Wacom drivers I had loaded for my Intous,as recommended, long before I tried to install the drivers for the 1910. Time will tell if it will go the long haul but I am pretty happy with the product I have put out with it to this point. Surpassed my expectations.

Maybe it will work better on a desktop PC
It's not very compatible with my laptop, the colors on the screen have a weird yellow tone. The pen lags a little and the screen protector is really thick. Maybe it will work better on a desktop PC. I would have returned it, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Probably going to just sell it on eBay.

Disappointing.
Daughter says the gloves don't really work well. The drawing cursor jumps around as she's trying to draw, making it impossible to use. We purchased a $100 item at Best Buy that did a much better job.
