Easy hook up and does make a difference in throttle response . The different settings are nice . When the weather conditions are wet you can turn the settings all the way down and won’t lose traction on take off .

Makes the car “feel” more powerful by increasing the throttle response. It’s a simple illusion, but it does make my car more fun to drive and I can get the petal to full throttle faster so it’s worth it.

I bought this product not from Amazon, but a 3rd party seller. It was brand new and very easy to install. Had it working for about 4 months, then out of nowhere it began malfunctioning and my car (2019 Chevy Tahoe Z71) could only go up to 20 mph. Contacted Hypertech and 1st time they were easy to work with. Sent me out a new part except this time I had it installed. Not necessary but wanted to eliminate the possibility of error,... in case I did something wrong. Nope...this lasted a little longer but only half a year. Such a bummer too because I really did see a difference when driving. I don't think these are made for newer vehicles with on-board computer systems or maybe they didn't have one compatible for a 2019 yet (although advertised that it was). As soon as I unplugged everything, my check engine light came off and car is running great. What really stinks is I tried contacting the manufacture again multiple times, except now I'm still waiting for a response back. That was months ago so I doubt they will be contacting me back. Love having a $275 piece of junk sitting in my drawer.
