Ivory and white?
Works well, I just wish the different companies would decide on what is white and what is ivory

usual
usual jacks, standard rj11 nothing unusual. Worked for what I needed.

Cheap, wrong color guide
Pinout printed on keystone is wrong. Line 1 goes on the middle pins (as pictured), line 2 goes on outer pins. Stripe/tip goes on the left for line 1, on the right for line 2. There is no standard for rj11 where you'd punch the pairs side by side as shown on the keystone.Connectors are also very fragile and cheaply made. The pinout sticker itself is the only thing that holds the front and rear of the connector together.

Wrong color code for wiring
The sticker showing the color code for the wires does not match any standard

Shorted connector gave fits during install...
I guess I should have paid attention to some of the other reviews... Sure enough, two out of ten where shorted. Gave us fits at first as we thought had a wiring problem or had terminated incorrectly. Probably lost an hour before we whipped out the old VOM and started checking the actual connectors. Very disappointing... Such a simple device, these should never leave the dirt floor Chinese hut where they are made with a built in short. But then again, I digress...

Defective from factory - shorted pins
Got a 10-pack of these and found that one of them was shorted out. There was a bit of solder between the two middle conductors on the board, shorting out pins 2 and 3, which are the most commonly used pins for POTS phones. The short is visible in the attached picture and is readily detectable (less than 1 ohm) with a multimeter, after spending time to track down the problem of an off-hook line. I can only assume there was no QA testing done at all before the product was shipped from the factory.

Non-return pin
One of the 10 pack had a non-return pin issue. I spend time to troubleshoot the broken connection issue. The other connector was good quality.
