i have given it 4 stars because I am not sure what I expected, on a first look it seems a little on the thin side, however it may prove to be good after some use, the size is good and should do for almost any job. It will be interesting to see how it holds up when using pastry cutters on it. Overall an ok item.

This is so useful for helping to roll fondant icing to the correct size. Also makes cleaning up easier afterwards. For us it's been excellent value for money, once it's been used it is easy to clean, let it air dry then roll it round the rolling pin ready for next time.

This extra large silicone mat is good for rolling out pastry (it is all I have used it for). I didn't really concentrate on the sizing and was surprised how big it is and it just about fits my kitchen surface so that it good. It is advertised as a baking mat but I can't say how well it does as it is too big to fit in the oven.
