I bought these and the Outdoor Research crack climbing gloves similar version. These have much better padding and sweat absorption, than the OR version. I wish they were longer though, like the Outdoor Research gloves. I do wear tape around the wrist while crack climbing for added protection. These are quite sticky and hold on the big climbs. I fully trust these gloves. At first I was skeptical, until my friends Jon R and Devin F told me to try them, while we were out one day on Scarface Wall; they have climbed here for 20 years, so I trusted their opinion.... I'm really happy with my purchase. I climb indian Creek Utah and Durango Colorado, mostly use these at the Creek. Saves time with not having to tape and saves your skin as well. If you crack climb, I definitely recommend these the most vs. the OR gloves. The OR gloves are good and well made, these are just a little bit thicker and have nicer padding. My only complaint is the sizing is small and the price for these gloves is ridiculous. They should be about $20. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have for any crack climber *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2016* These are the only non tape based crack climbing gloves I have ever used so I can't compare them to other brands but I am thrilled to have them in my quiver. I have never felt so secure hanging from a hand jamb before these and I can jamb for hours without pain. Sure I could just "toughen up" but why would I work to desensitize every nerve on the back of my hands when there is a convenient product that can drastically cut down on the wear and tear of crack climbing. They have yet to get in the way, in fact I usually forget that I have them on until I have to perform a hand jamb and even then the only part I notice is the lack of sharp crystals jabbing into my skin and the surprising security I feel thanks to the grippy rubber. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ocun Crack Glove Review *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2016* An excellent product--its slim profile means it does not hang up at the edge of the crack when you are trying to insert your hand into a crack. It is tailored well to the hand and does not bind or impede hand movements. I like how the Velcro wrist strap closure is hidden so that once the glove is on the strap does not get in the way of efficient jamming. I suggest sizing the glove a bit small--for most men size medium will be just right. My only complaint might be that the glove will not be burly enough to stand up to extensive long-term jamming, but the cost of a replacement pair is not outlandish so if after a season or so one has to buy a replacement pair then I think that is fair. If the manufacturer had used more robust materials it would sacrifice the glove's main selling point--its slim easy hand flexion profile.
