Great smoker
I love this smoker it is very hard to mess up with this, just bear in mind that it is an electric smoker and it is going to product a white smoke rather than the bluish smoke that you are going to get with a gas smoker, however I had had no complaints and most importantly I enjoy everything that I have cooked. Plenty of accessories available at Smokin' Tex and they are very nice people to deal with. They don't have racks for hanging sausage so I made my own.
