IT WORKS!!
When I bought my first battery for the CPAP, I could never get it to last all night with my current CPAP. So out of my own money I bought a small one. I was very disappointed that the battery didn't last all night. It died after 2hours. I thought it was the battery but finally realize it was the darn inverter---same manufacturer. So I took a change and bought this! Works great. I saw the post about noise---it's got a fan which keeps it from overheating. The fan in my old one I think is unbalance and thus it would overheat after 2 hours. The fan is no silent but it's white noise and you get over it quick if you are tired. Without the inverter I can't run either CPAP and I'd be a LOT more tired.

way expensive for 150W modified sine wave
it is a common modified sine wave inverter, a square wave that the controller modulates the width of to control power out. i think the seller did not mark it as modified sine wave as is common practice so those of us that are looking for a pure sine wave inverter will buy... and of course be disappointed.i checked the output on my scope.$20, 200W inverter on amazon is exactly the same output and a far better value.

Works Great
Works great! We use this on our boat and when we go camping for my husbands CPAP.

Unwanted noise
It has a low hum/whinny noise. I bought it because I use it in my car and wanted to eliminate feedback noise when I am charging my phone and listening to music or books while driving. It is much better than a $15 power source I would say it produces half the level hum/whinny noise. It has recently started making a noise from the fan like it is rubbing up against something I have an old cheap model, a different brand that did the same thing but I pay five dollars for it.

Versatile power connector
Connecting point weak. Otherwise good item but handle carefully.

Silent running
Very nice. Used it last night to power my CPAP from an old C-220 and it never made a noise, at least none I could here. The best inverter I've had so far.

Does This Look Like a Sine Wave to You?
Does this look like a sine wave to you?Although not mentioned on the Amazon website as of this writing, the manual makes reference to a "Modified" sinewave. The waveform looks virtually identical to other 150 Watt inverters I have purchased on Amazon for $16.98.
