Excellent
It really helps baby to sleep but one should buy it as early as possible. I bought it at almost 4 month age of my baby as I didn't know about it so it took him a while to get used to it. Initially he would sleep but at the same time get uncomfortable with it. Useful purchase. Would strongly recommend.

Very low volume.
Volume is very very low..thank god its returnable, or else its a waste of money.Product looks good and feels good but the main purpose is lost due to low volume.I have given 2 stars only for its soft texture and lights.

Very poor product and service
I got this product for a new born and found that the music volume is too low. Unable to hear the volume at all. On contacting customer service they say that it is outside return window and if it is not working you have to still keep it with you and they cannot return or exchange the product. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Didn't find useful
Bear looks cute and cuddly. But the projection and music/sound are not so great. Projector won't work until its pitch dark in the room. Music is also very soft.

Der Chicco Kuschelbär ist superweich, liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt für kleine Hände. Mein Baby hat ihn sofort ins Herz geschlossen! Die Materialien fühlen sich hochwertig an, nichts kratzt oder riecht unangenehm. Ein tolles, beruhigendes Spielzeug – ein Muss, um ruhige Nächte zu haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!
