Excellent night brace.
This wrist brace is top notch. It keeps my wrist from flexing either direction forward or backward. It also allows me to wear my watch under the brace without pain, because I set my Fitbit a little looser than normal and wrap the middle elastic above the watch , which helps to keep the elastic on top of my wrist joint.Best wrist brace I’ve had.One point though if it concerns you, the brace I received is grey instead of beige. Which is fine with me, because I can tell the difference between the old brace and the new one without too much effort, but it is different from what is advertised.

Great wrist brace if you need one
I have to wear a wrist brace all the time, but especially when working on the computer. I broke my wrist 15 yrs ago and it has bothered me ever since with a carpal-tunnel-like situation and symptoms. This brace gives me relief, simple as that. I've tried different brands of braces, but these last the longest and are most comfortable. Whether or not it's right for you will depend where you need the support - I am not a doctor so don't ask me about that. I've also tried something similar with the "Ace" brand - but those started stinking after a short time (yes, stinking - a little sweat made them stink). This brand doesn't have that problem. Other brands also look more gay - little "shortie" things like you're wearing a Michael Jackson glove. Not the Futuro. They look cool and might even get you some sympathy from the chicks... "ooooh what did you do to your wrist...." So in closing - they don't stink, they're pretty comfortable, they last, they're chick-magnets, and they do the job (for me). Go for it.

Comfortable and functional
Other wrist stabilizers tend to have a problem where they cut into the skin between my index finger and thumb. This one does not. It is comfortable enough that I can wear it to sleep in. It does present difficulty when trying to hand-write things, and movement of my fingers is somewhat restricted when typing, but in light of what this stabilizer is supposed to do, I'd say it's a five-star unit. Comfortable, practical, functional, inexpensive, durable. I'm sticking with Futuro from now on.

Brace Stabilikze
the stretchy material between the mail brace bunches up when you tighten up the brace around your arm; the piece between thumb and forefinger is thing which is good however i have had to sew to keep it from eventually tearing.. otherwise is ok

Sent dark gray stabilizer, but sold as flesh colored. They also don't offer returns.
Do not buy from these people. It took three weeks to get the item, then it wasn't the flesh color they showed (and still show) on the website as the only color available, and they don't take returns. It's a dark ugly gray. The fit also isn't quite right. I have a flesh colored one for my right hand which fits properly. Apparently health items are often not readily returnable, so for these kinds of items, your local retailer might be a better choice.

Excellent support, but needs a middle size
This is an excellent stabilizing brace -- but sizing can be an issue. My husband nearly broke his wrist; fortunately it was "only" a serious sprain. He was told to wear a brace for 2-3 weeks, so off we trotted to the store to find one.A few years ago, he'd had a bad bout with carpal tunnel, and was very pleased with the right-handed version of the Futuro model. Alas, the store didn't have a left-handed model, so he bought another brand. It wasn't two days before I scurried to Amazon to buy this replacement. (The other one was made largely of plastic, with open spaces and a total lack of support around his wrist, where he needed it. It also got stinky in a hurry. But they cost about the same; go figure.)This one works well because it supports the entire wrist, not just a couple of spots. It doesn't chafe, either, despite the 12 hours a day he spent at the keyboard. ("My client has a deadline, honey!" <sigh>) And, based on the wear he gave the one for the other wrist, a few years back, it holds up. Hopefully you won't need to wear this for long, but it's good to know it won't fall apart. The only problem is that he is definitely a "medium" and the small/medium is just a tiny bit too small, and the company's guidelines aren't very helpful. If you're close to the numbers they have for "medium," order the next size up! I wish they made a true "medium"!

Futuro Deluxe Wrist
This brace is excellent! I just purchased a new one; my last one lasted 3 years!I have a herniated disc in my neck, and diagnosed with "cubicle" & carpel tunnel. I'm so lucky!I wear it 24/7, I took the metal piece out and have flexibility to do almost anything. B/c of my condition my handwriting is not the best; I've actually lost some ability to handwrite. The brace will limit the way you hold a pen/pencil, etc., you just need to get used to it. Nevertheless, that shouldn't stop you from purchasing it.Anyway, it's a great brace, and I highly recommend it, I've tried many others (ACE in particular and returned them right away).
