I really just needed the battery charger, but I was happy to receive the 2 replacement batteries. I have not yet used the replacement batteries. I can say that the charger works great. My old Nikon cool pix would not power up. I tried the charging cable, but it would not charge. I didn't know if it was the camera or the cable, so I took a gamble and bought the charger. I was glad I did the charger worked my battery was fully charged and the camera works.

I bought these to replace the battery that came with my Nikon Coolpix point-and-shoot and a backup battery I had nearly as long, and which were not holding their charges. The new ones charged up right away and came in at full power. I have had the camera out a few times since, and the first battery is still working perfectly. I have not used the charger, as I still have the original that came with the camera and that plugs into a wall socket for a sure charge.
