No instructions or specifications for matching hardware (mortise cylinders, etc.)
I wish I could give this product a better review, but it did not come with any instructions! There are not sufficient details in the product description either. I purchased a standard mortise cylinder, but it did not work. I can't find any specifications about what size of mortise cylinder is required or if a certain type of cam is required. I would increase the rating if getting matching hardware wasn't such a difficult task.

Does Not come with face plate. Only locking mechanism, False Statement
2 times return, 3rd time NO FACE PLATE ( AMAZON replace for free) Heavy duty, however no FACE plate to cover adjusting screw to lock key tumbler. It stated (face plate) that it comes with locking mechanism.
