Is this knife made in China?

A genuine Victorinox is made in Switzerland.

I have an old tinker type knife that has somewhat fallen apart. Can anything be done for it?

I have a Victorinox knife similar to the Tinker (which I also have but have misplaced) that was chipped, battered, and missing pick and tweezers. I sent it out to pasture at the work bench and bought a new Tinker. You should, too.

Is this packaged in a blister pack or in a box?

From What we remember the knife was wrapped and put into It’s box that box was wrapped in a bubble stuff and put in another box or maybe a bubble bag not sure but was packaged well

how sharp is the knife?

Not bad. I sharpen all my knives because factory sharp isn't good enough for me. I wish I still had the knife, it's gone, and I haven't bought a new one.
