They work! Much better than lidocaine wipes.
I bought a box of these because I've actually used up a whole box over the past three years or so, between stocking a few different medkits for myself and my son, and actually using them on the trail on myself and other members of my hiking club. I've never tried one on a horsefly bite or anything, but they work wonders for bee and wasp stings. My son and I both always keep one in our hip belts at all times! This brand is the best buy I know of for benzocaine wipes. A lot of lidocaine wipes are available more cheaply, but those are only good for itchy bites in my experience. If you get stung, you want benzocaine.

These don't work
These are rubbish, safetec and sting kill are much better products. I think these are basically just alcohol wipes
