I love this stuff! I’ll say singularly you can find “better” formulas for blood flow and pumps alone, ones for more energy with legal and quasi-legal synthetic versions of stims they claim are natural (and I’m not saying they’re unsafe in normal doses) and maybe ones with creatine(just use it standalone) but Nitrosurge Black has what I want and none of what I don’t. It has enough pump stuff in the form of a solid 3 gram l-Citrulline dose, a quality Beta-Alanine dose (the tingles and a great product when used constantly and consistently), betaine anhydrous which can assist with pumps but also helps the stomach and gut in some ways too, and then the stimulant combo. Here we have a low-ish dose of long lasting sustained-release caffeine to keep a crash at bay, a slightly large caffeine anhydrous dose(instant release caffeine if you will), a quality theobromine dose which is a decent stim also possibly supporting elevated dopamine levels within reason, and then the 2 real reasons I use this product. I do wish they almost doubled the Dynamine(methyliberine) dose as I love using 1/2 scoops of Nitrosurge Black twice a day sometimes over 1 large dose... But having both Dynamine and Teacrine branded Theacrine in this is great. Then they throw in L-theanine, although it needs to really be almost doubled in dose, and that’s for the person taking 1/2 a scoop, 1 scoop or especially 2 scoops, because at any level your just barely getting the effects at this dose. L-theanine is what you find in tea that gives the calming effect that can lower alpha-brain waves (within reason). It’s just low-ish here and would shine if raised higher, as once you’ve taken 2 scoops of Nitrosurge Black you have a high dose of stims and only a medium dose, if that, of L-theanine. Lastly there is what we call Astra-gin. Something I’ve wanted to use over the years as a standalone product but in a higher dose than normally used in combo and proprietary stuff. It has immune system benefits, blood flow properties among others and apparently helps other nutrients do their thing better, which is why they’re usually added to preworkouts in these doses. I love this product and usually start my day with just caffeine and l-theanine, or a 5 hour energy and some l-theanine, but I use this to finally start getting that ooomph to lift again these days especially after working or early in the morning. It mixes well, has no grittiness when mixed right which is not rocket science and finally has a decent enough taste sometimes when cold it’s actually really good! Normally not into these flavors but sour gummy turnt out ok! I will admit it’s usually 1/2 a scoop down the hatch with a chug of water before during and after that sour clump of powder haha! But it’s doable and hits fast! The price for what you get is phenomenal. If they added more Dynamine and L-theanine and added a couple of bucks to the price I’d have no qualms. Most people view things too black and white as in if they add something it’s gotta go up 5 10 15 or 20 dollars at a time. We can charge odd amounts even if so-called sales psychology suggests the numbers we’ve been used to work better to lure people in. Charge 4 bucks more and give us a tiny bit more actives! Otherwise this is such a solid safer side stim product with a good endurance and pump combo thrown in. Will definitely buy again and the other products they sell appear great too by ingredients and prices I see! Nothing groundbreaking but the combos they chose seem solid. First let me just say that this company has excellent customer service! My tub of sour gummy nitro surge did not come with a scoop and they were quick to make it right. The pump in the gym was amazing! It takes a little longer to kick in that other pre workouts I have used. I would say to definitely give it 30-45 min to kick in. I work out 3-5 days a week and use this with every workout. I love the focus and extra umph it gives me to add a couple/few extra reps throughout my sets. I have not noticed a crash after. The only "side effect" I have noticed is a slight tingling which is to be expected with the ingredients. As far as flavor goes... I am not a huge fan but it may just be personal preference. I have been mixing little packets of single serve water enhancer with it to help it go down. They send you a little coupon to try out another trial size product for free so I am hoping to try another flavor.

I am no pwo expert, but i have tried hundreds of different ones. I started on the og jacked 3D in 07-08 if that gives you any idea of the types I’ve tried. I have been using this pwo consistently for about two years now. I take one scoop and supp agmatine sulfate on glute and shoulder days. I get great pumps, clean energy, no noticeable crash. I find myself doing a full hour of glutes and 30-60min of cardio no problem. I have a sensitive stomach and this doesn’t upset it, even if i take it early morning after fasting. I can’t speak too much on the flavor as i have never mixed it with water and instead just put the scoop in my mouth and drink water to wash it down lol, dry shots for life!I am sensitive to beta alanine so the 1.6g is perfect for me. I don’t enjoy the feeling of being stuck with 10000 needles and this doesn’t give that feeling, however you can feel the beta alanine tingle once you start pushing some weight.Only suggestions i have for improvement is to use use a plant based sweetener instead sucralose and use only natural flavor extracts. I don’t consume anything else in my diet that contains chemicals besides for this pwo. I am full-on Whole Foods plant based - no preservatives, nitrates, nitrites, dyes, etc I know there are “cleaner” pwos out there but this one is too good to give up.

I am currently stationed aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln on deployment and the vast majority of me free time goes to grinding in the gym and trying to bigger every day. that said, I have burned through several different pre workouts since leaving the states and I have to say this is among the best I have ever had! its full of awesome clean energy that doesn't make me crash later on when its crucial that I be awake. also I haven't began forming any sort of immunity towards it yet, the recommended serving gets me where I need to be and the pump is awesome. I leave the gym looking like a road map and feeling amazing. the flavor could be a little better but that may also be because I don't use a lot of water. but the quality of the product and the great experience in the gym is worth way more than gritting through a few seconds of slamming my pre so I don't mind at all. great product jacked factory!
