I hate mixed reviews because every medicine has a different effect for each of us. I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone who does. I made this supplement a part of my everyday routine. I started taking it about 6 months ago. I have peripheral neuropathy and it affects my feet. I do have the stinging, burning and numbness in my feet all of the time. I am on gabapentin as well. I know this works because I have run out a couple of times and didnt have it to take for a day or 2. On those days I felt such a significant difference, like I had gone back to what it felt like before starting this supplement. Now it is not a miracle pill for me in the sense that it took all of the pain away but, I can definitely tell the difference when I dont take it 2x a day. If you have neuropathy like I do, any pain relief is better then none. I say definitely try this product for any relief it can give you. By the way, my sister and mother also take it and feel a significant difference in their pain and discomfort level. Note: I did not have the bowel discomfort while taking this.

Works for me. I've tried several other brands sold here on Amazon. I compared ingredients and their percentages. I've researched the natural ingredients that are good or works well for diabetic neuropathy for a very long time. I noticed some ingredients that this product has listed that were not in the other ones I tried - specifically the ones originating from China, but I was willing to give it a try. I really like the fact that I only need to take 2 per day - every 12 hours exact. I noticed that it starts to wear off after maybe 10.5 hours but the pain goes away intermittently for the last 1.5 hours. Overall, I would recommend this product to try out. Everyone's got varying degrees of their neuropathy. Most of the ones I tried also gives me the burps - not as much on this one. I can only honestly say that this works best for me for the price as well!

Great Product!!! After using this product for two months and my neuropathy seemed better, I thought I did not need further use of this product. But after 3 weeks the pain & sensitivity came back. I have been using it again and the pain & sensitivity is starting to have some relief. I surely will keep taking this product in the future.

I wish everyone knew about this formula! (This is my second order in the larger quantity.) It has spared me so much pain as it helps repair and strengthen my nervous system from an almost deadly SHINGLES outbreak. I have talked with several Diabetic patients who have extreme pain in their lower extremities who have also found relief from this product. The local health food store told me it is their best seller with Diabetics. The best part is not only that it gives relief from pain, it actually helps repairs the mylon (sp?) sheath that coats and protects the nervous system. I purchase another product from Amazon that I'd like to mention here because it works well in conjunction with 'Nerve Shield.' It is a topical pain cream called TOPRICIN and because it is homeopathic it does not interfere with any other medications. My own mother who, from working years on concrete flooring, had painful burning on the balls on her feet, now uses this product for relief.

I have server nerve damage from stroke/concussion in 2016. It was mentioned to me to try this, since there's really no meds that can help my situation. Unfortunately this didn't work. Excellent product! I have severe, nerve damage from a lung removal, from Second Hand Smoke! Since taking this wonderful product, after one week, I noticed less pain and less severe spasms. After two months of taking this, I haven't had any pain Or daily spasms. I also, have better circulation in my legs & feet. My legs & feet are now warm to the touch, instead of cold. Now, after 9 months taking this product, I may only have, one or two bad days in that time frame, due to over doing. My husbands legs have better circulation he says now too. I took Nerve Shield as directed (two tablets daily with food) for three weeks and found it had no effect on my peripheral-neuropathy symptoms (tingling and numbness in my feet and hands). Shortly after taking this stuff for about four weeks, I started experiencing constipation that would not go away no matter what I ate. Although I’ve been taking fiber supplements twice daily for the last year or so, my constipation continued to get worse every day. This has helped me tremendously for my chemo induced neuropathy as well as a (rare) cancer related nerve condition I have suffered from. All the time I was taking ibuprofen and aspirin for muscle aches and pains when in reality, I believe I was subconsciously clenching my neck and shoulders in an attempt to ignore the nerve pain. After I take these, and once the nerve pain subsides, I find I am relaxed and my muscle pain is mostly gone too. If you have nerve pain and muscle pain, try this first and see how you feel before taking any thing else. I also take this with Bellena Nelle Omega 3 which I purchase here on Amazon. I did a lot of research for my nerve condition(s), especially since I now personally understand why medicine is called a "practice" and trust me, if you have stripped myelin sheath, you owe it to yourself to at least try these two products.
