In all fairness for the time being I mostly wanted this set for the mini bands. I am waiting for my husband to get back from deployment to set up the weight bench, and we will likely incorporate the longer bands there. It’s hard to beat the price on the red, green, blue, and black set! Not sure why people are paying so much more for the others. I have been using the mini bands daily since I received them for leg and arm exercise, and they are holding up great without any permanent stretching that I can see, or discoloration. My only complaint, is that on some leg exercises in the middle of sets they will roll up your calf into a band that can be quite irritating. Some of the other mini bands are made of a different material and don’t seem to roll so easily. I am tad OCD and hate interrupting my counts and set to readjust. So, we’ll see. For now, they are working out ok. If this continues or gets more annoying I may look elsewhere. On my legs, I don’t consider myself super strong, but I started with the heavy, to really feel it ultra fatigue my muscles after long sets. If you are a guy, be prepared to stack them, likely. I don’t see one of these as being enough resistance.

I have to say that the quality of this product is second to none. I have used resistant bands in the past and most snap very easily if you really use them hard. I have used these bands twice now on a leg press machine and they are so durable. I love the carrying case. Great job Victorem

I love using these resistance bands while I'm exercising. They help activate your stabilizer muscles and that will help you burn so much more calories than just normal weight lifting alone. These are very good quality resistance bands, not the cheap kind. This set has everything you need to get started with incorporating resistance bands training into your regiment.

Wow what a fantastic product! This is an entire workout set that is perfect for the gym goer, at home workouts and even working out during travel. I personally will be using these bands for all three. I love the different sizes and widths of the bands which will allow me to start at a low resistance and build up higher and higher. The price for this product is phenomal for what you get and bands Include their very own carrying bag which is great for staying organized. Well made product. Definitley recommend purchasing if you are looking for variations in resistance band training.

Amazing Quality Great variety of the resistance... we're using it the three of us at home my husband my 19 year old son and myself. These are going to last a long time. Will buy again from this company the quality is by far the best one of all the once we bought before.

Was a little nervous about buying bands that cost much less than the competition, but man these are great. Durable material and good quality manufacturing.They are really good to stretch with and are helpful for assisted pullups. Will start using others when I begin seriously working out from home. 5/5 would recommend.I gave the additional bands to a family member for PT sessions.

I always take this band when I go to gym. First, I use it for my pre-workout stretch then post-workout stretch as well. What's handy is you could choose which resistance levels you desire and moreover it has a pouch which is super handy. I was always looking for a seller who carries both pouch and different resistance bands. I am so glad that I found this seller!

I’m very disappointed with the small hands, during the second week of using the bands the (red) and black bands have broke. I understand these things happen but within the first 2 weeks I feel like that’s a bit much. I do like the long bands though.
