The frame itself is beautiful and sturdy. I wasn't a fan of the font but that was just minor detail. What I was really disappointed on was that the cutouts for the pictures weren't even and some were higher or lower than others. I would have expected a little better quality for the price.

Items arrived quickly and packaged extremely well! Frame is also really great quality. The only reason for the star removal is the lettering looks a little cheap and the p in the middle of one of the names doesn't look like a p the bottom part is open.

Absolutely beautiful work, calligraphy was just as advertised. I had a problem with “landscape” rather than “portrait” and they answered my concerns IMMEDIATELY, made a new calligraphy board and sent it to me in time for my Christmas gift. They do beautiful work with heartfelt attention and attention to their customers satisfaction. Cannot say enough about how pleased I was.

I got this for my husband as our 1 yr wedding anniversary gift. We are taking a photo on the anniversary date each year and will put them in this frame. The frame exceeded my expectations! My husband was very impressed by the quality and color. It is so much more durable/sturdy than ones on the shelf in a dept store. I highly recommend this product.
