fraud! do not buy. The card came not preloaded, make sure to check before you order. I recommend to buy or get the SIM card when arriving to Israel and know what plan you are getting. It can get very expensive very fast.

It was very convenient buying the phone and Simcard from Amazon while still in the U.S. After arrival in Israel a short stop at a gas station convenience store had both of our phones topped off and working right away.

Sim card did not work and did not recognize provider in Israel.To contact Cellcom ,, - it is "Mission Impossible".Their Israeli website doesn't have customer care telephone number.Waste of my time and money.

Did NOT work. No Support by phone OR internet. Instructions were totally false. Cellcom center did not recognize the number received with the card. Do not waste your money.

I opened my account one and a half years ago and now when i want it closed they sent me on a scavenger hunt there is just no way to close it with out the out of date fax mechine
