I use this in the morning as a coffee replacement. It’s energizing. I don’t know what made me use warm water one day, but it dissolved way better and is a nice replacement if you’re trying to kick coffee. I used a regular bottle of purified water in a large coffee mug. You have to like Sweet Tarts to enjoy this flavor. Give it a try!!

This is my first time using supplements, and I’m really glad I bought this.I’ve done keto off and on over the past few years (don’t come at me, life is hard). I have a food addiction, so this specific way of dieting gives me the best results because I don’t feel like I’m starving, or I can’t get something to eat if I’m hungry. However, the first few days are always very hard on me. The “keto flu” hits me a lot worse than it does my husband, and I struggle with fatigue, body aches, and nausea.I’ve never been one to use supplements, and I believe that if you do the diet properly, then you don’t really need them. But I thought this time that maybe using exogenous ketones in the first week would help me get over the hump faster and maybe relieve my symptoms. I’m on day five now and I’m SO glad I had this drink mix. I was still a little sluggish the first three days, but I experienced no nausea and no cravings. Having this drink in the morning with my coffee kept my hunger completely at bay until lunch (which is saying something for me, I get hungry very frequently).The only negative is the taste. It’s not the worst, but it’s VERY tart and I have to chug it to get it over with. But overall I’m glad I got it for starting this round of dieting. I feel that it really did help.

Used these ketones to give me a boost in the afternoon and didn’t really notice that they did anything. The flavor was very strong, I had to really dilute it to be able to drink it.

Really felt like it works but it was way to harsh on my stomach. I couldn't finish it . Upset my stomach way too much , but I have a real sensitive stomach so it might be doable for others to handle.

I love the product but not cherry/limeade flavoring. It might of been better if they tone down the lime flavor. This was my second time buying this product. I decided to try cherry/limeade out. I didn't like it. I have tried the raspberry lemonade which I loved .

As far as assisting with ketosis, I think the product is comparable to its many competitors. Although seemingly contradictory, both the Stevia sweetness AND the tartness could use a balanced reduction. The taste was overwhelming and a deterrent to any repurchase decision. It was like a mouthful of liquid Smarties candy. Too sweet AND too tart.

so what I look for is test strip results and price. This keto drink gives good test results at a not-too-exorbitant price. The taste is almost palatable, which, if you have tried many of these, you know is a good thing.
