These casters are a good value for the money. I did not use them for scaffolding, so I cannot speak to that application. I put them on a steel table for auto shop use. They roll freely. The brakes work as they should. The overall quality is good and heavy duty. They should last me a lifetime of hammering and heavy use of my steel table.

Worth the money.

These wheels fit my A-1 Scaffold which has 1 3/8 inch OD legs. I purchased some scaffold wheel pins from Home Depot. The wheels are large, just right for pushing the scaffold around my shop. The wheel locks work great.

These are good quality heavy duty wheels, but the posts came with slightly non-standard spacing in the base-to-hole spacing on the solid shaft, to match standard multi-deck scaffolding. I have replaced wheels several times, and always a perfect fit, but these are approximately 1/8th of an inch off placement to fit pre-existing holes in scaffolding end racks. Had to return them...as locking posts won't go through the hole without drilling metal and making the unit less stable.
