This is a baking sheet on steroids. It seems thicker and stiffer than my other baking sheets. It is also much larger. It is deeper, too. It even comes with a cooling rack. I made a full rack of pork ribs in the oven on this. The whole rach fit fine. I cooked them on top of the rack after I lined the pan with aluminum foil to make clean up easier. After about 6 hours at 300 degrees, the ribs emerged ready for a magazine cover. Fall off the bone. Delicious. Everyone loved them. And this baking sheet made it all possible. No grease got under the aluminum foil. Cleaning the cooling rack (which wasn't used for that purpose), required some steel wool and elbow grease, but it came out fine. If you are a baker, you can make way more cookies on this rack than on any of your others. It also heats very evenly and no warpage yet.

Very nice pan. Well made and accurate dimensions. I needed a pan to go under my dog crate for the trailer to go to horse show, and this fits like it was made for the purpose. If I wanted to bake, it is a nicely made pan. Useful cooling rack. Sorry if not what you expected, but fits my needs well.

4 stars only because I have not used them yet. However, they arrived separately, on different days, even though I ordered at the same time from the same vendor. They were in a box so you could not see the product which is good considering front door area deliveries. They arrived within several days after ordering. These sheet pans are substantial and the brochure that came with them stated 18/1 which is the same as 430 stainless steel. Not sure why the vendor couldn't have added that in the description, but I did learn about this as a result. I love that they come with a rack that fits each one. I tested with a magnet and they are definitely stainless steel. Im pretty happy with these overall and cant wait to use them.

Measure your oven. This is a very nice pan, however, I needed to bend the sides in to fit into my average sized oven. It’s not the company/pans fault. It fit as a rack, in the slots but I didn’t want to places anything heavy on it, while it hovered over the other oven racks. High quality, heavy weight, a nice pan for the cost.

This rack has no center support, causing it to collapse into the tray under normal use. A pan of this size should include center feet for proper structural support. Instead, I’m forced to use a second rack just to keep food from touching the pan, which defeats the purpose of the design.

One of the best pans I have ever used. So shiny you can see your face in it. Everything bakes so evenly which has been a problem for me in the past.

Unlike other cheaper stainless steel sheets this one did not get twisted in the oven. Heavy. Did well in the dish waster; aluminum sheet would be ruined. I wish there were the same quality sheets half of this size.

The baking sheet is not strong and sturdy enough. You can feel it twist just by holding it. It created a loud pop sound in oven when it warps. It was just 2nd minute in oven at 350F. Luckily I was not baking anything with food juice otherwise it would have been a mess and splash. Not great for this price. Not worth it.

El producto es de excelente calidad, sin embargo dice que mide 61 cms por 40cms, los 40 son correctos, los 61 son INCORRECTOS, la realidad es que son 60 por eso tuve que devolver el producto porque no cupo en mi horno.
