I was pretty excited to get this product. My goal was to bring my 1991 MR2 into modern times. I can't say this product is defective, as it did work to charge, but would not work with Android Auto. I should have tested it before I cut out my blank to install this USB unit...which by the way does not fit Toyota's. I have two Toyota's, and this doesn't fit in either of them. The should probably give a bit more detail on that for what year/model Toyota's if fits, because it doesn't fit in a 1991 Toyota, or a 2007 Toyota. I'm not sure what standard these cables are built to. All I know is that this does not work with Android Auto. I know this from trial and error. As for as this product goes, it works if you just want to plug in an iPod or USB stick for music. Other than that, don't expect much more. It looks good once it's mounted, but its functionality is limited.

This USB aux port served it's purpose. However, I am disappointed in the fact that it has an open circuit board with individual pins on the back. This seems more designed for a computer than a car environment.

Very happy with the product...works well only complaint is it is a bit smaller than my factory replacement. So I had to do some cutting to my factory one to make this fit. Overall great product
