The thing that many often miss out on however is the doseage that goes with the daily inclusion of it in your diet and of course, reliable purity. NOW does good work, at least so far as I've been able to uncover with way too many hours being a google detective, so their purity and quality is satisfactory for my needs. The dosage that this comes in is also spot on, 1k mg dosage 3x a day is considered the ideal, so in this case 1 pill 3x a day 30 minutes before meal time. That's relatively easy to do and remember as opposed to the smaller dosage size which, unless you have a issue with the size of the tablet, seems like added hassle. The 1k tablet is about the size of a ibuprofen tab and goes down pretty easily. The question then becomes is, does it work? Every person's body is their own chemical processing plant, but aside from the general weight of the research my own experience is that my Dr really likes my blood work.
