Am new to gimbal world. Does the gimbal pair with the camera via blue tooth? wifi? or can an older camera be used with this gimbal?

So the gimbal connect to an application by DJI, Really easy to use. This gimbal specifically has an active track and force motion. I recommend searching YouTube about those, super awesome features. The gimbal only connects via cable to the camera and everything else is on the application.
