I made Neapolitan pizza with this for the first time yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this flour, it bakes very nicely and the texture of the pizza dough was so chewy and crispy on the edges. Perfect!

I bought this to make sourdough pizza crusts, and it worked beautifully. It is pricey, but since I can't find it locally, I was willing to pay more for this flour than for artisan or high protein flours meant more for loafs.

This flour works great for baking all sorts of things! Sourdough, cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies.. etc! Easier to digest than most common all purpose flour, kind of like einkorn, but easier to work with and produces softer, more fluffy baked goods.

I absolutely love this flour to make pizza crust with. Very tasty. Would absolutely buy again .

A very good quality flour minus all the not good add ins that the US food industry likes. Made my insides very happy when I ate some home made rolls with butter and honey.

This is difficult to find. I use it with regular flour toake pizza - yummy!

Don’t know what it is, but this makes the lightest dough. Made the best dumplings and bread using this flour.

Great 00 flour but quite expensive. Later I found different brands for a bit less, which produce exactly same pizzas and bread.
