Great for walking my dog at night! I got this since my full vest is too hot for summer. Recommend!
I have a full reflective safety vest that turned out to be too hot for warmer weather so I got this sash. LOVE IT! I am a 5'4" / 175# woman and got the medium sash which fits perfectly over summer clothes. It's really well made, bright green and has a wide reflective stripe. The way it's made lets it lay flat as shown in the item photo. If I was going to use this in the winter (which I'm not ruling out) I would order the XL so it fits over my winter walking coat. Definitely recommend!

Super convenient and durable
We got this over Christmas and it gets used nightly when we walk our dog. It's great because it's nice and bright when headlights shine on it and you feel very visible to cars. It's lightweight, convenient to use and seem very durable. We've tried so many things to be "lit up" on our nightly dog walks and this is our favorite. It also has a nice clip that we can attach a little container of doggy bags. The best!

Great gift idea for avid walkers/joggers/pet owners in you life!
So light, I forget I'm wearing it! Personally, I've attached a doggie poop bag dispenser to add weight to the item, so that it stays put better when walking. The product text suggests that it can be attached to a pet's leash for ease of use, but in my experience, it's not safe to tether yourself completely to a pet when walking. Anyone's pet can be "spooked" at any time. Although most pets are not so well trained that they'll walk by your side at all times, and attaching a pet's leash to the item would be great, it's not safe. But, it REALLY is bright. In the evenings, as the days are getting longer, the times to comfortably walk our pets lengthens, and this is to light, it's unisex, it fits anyone, this would be a great gift for the avid walkers, joggers or anyone walking pets! While many bits of pet gear include small reflective elements, you simply can't get too much reflective materials for walking, especially for smaller pets and dark colored pets!!!!

Good visability - a little annoying for running
Bought this for the winter months when the sun sets so early while I need to walk/run. For walking I like it a lot. It's not the best for running and gets in the way - plus the D-ring jingles. Definitely recommend for walkers though. My dad saw me out wearing it and chuckled at how visible it made me.

Moonsashes are the Best Reflective Sashes
I've been using Moonshases for years and have multiple ones stashed on different bikes for use when needed and have no complaints. As for the sometimes mentioned rumples/lumpiness, who cares, I'm not a fashionista and the irregular appearance helps attract attention which is exactly what these things are suposed to do.For those saying Moonsashes aren't reflective, they're doing it wrong. ALL the good fabric based reflective materials (3M Scotchlite and knockoffs) have poor off-axis reflectivity. They are designed to reflect the MAXIMUM amount of light possible STRAIGHT BACK to the light source (as in approaching cars), and any light reflected to the sides would be wasted and not acconplish any useful purpose. To properly test for on and off-axis reflectivity, in a darkened room hold a Moonsash at arms length with a flat surface facing you. With the other hand, hold a flashlight close alongside your head, pointed at the sash and turn it on. The reflective center strip on the sash should "light up" brightly, which is what an approaching car driver would see at night with his lights on as the geometery of that situation would be similar. Then move the flashlight up, down and off to the side at arms length while tilting it to keep the beam centered on the shash area directly in front ou your eyes. The strip should go dark, almost as if it's sucking up light because the light source is now "off-axis" to YOUR eyes, but the strip is actually still reflecting back to the light source, which is where a car would be coming from and where the DRIVER"S eyes are, and that's what's important. In daytime or low light situations where drivers don't have their lights on, the silver reflective strip can't work as designed, but the fabric edges of the Neon-Yellow version have one of the highest visibilities I've seen for materials of this type.

Reflective!
This strap is exactly what I needed to be able to safely walk my dogs after dark. Our neighbors have a right of way across our property so I need them to be able to see me when I’m out there. In the daylight it catches the eye but after dark when any fraction of light hits it it glows! I didn’t want the one that has LED lights bc that would mess up my night vision. This one is perfect. My paddle holster slips right on it and lays in a good position when I’m wearing yoga pants and can’t carry my pistol that way. There’s a little carabiner snap but it’s pretty weak. I wouldn’t trust it to hold one of my dogs. Overall it’s well made and I am happy with my purchase.

Great for dog walking in the dark
I got this sash for walking my dog when it's dark when I get home from work. We live on a dark street with no sidewalk so it's important to be visible for cars. I wear this and a headlamp and have a light on my dog's collar and that seems to do the trick. Cars slow down when they approach. It's easy to slip on over my winter jacket.
